• Pricing Policy
  Tours require a minimum number of guests to operate. Prices and tour schedules are subject to change without notice. Any child under 24 months of age is welcome as a lap child at no charge. Children 24 months and over require an individual full-fare seat. Additional fees will be charged for each guest exceeding the weight limit. Applicable taxes, fees and credit card charges will be collected separately from each passenger at time of passage.
• Cancellation Policy
  24-hour notice is required to change or cancel a reservation. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. If you need to change or cancel your reservation please provide us with 24 hours notice prior to your tour time and we will be happy to accommodate you. Passengers that failing to board their flight will be considered a no-show. No refund will be made for any unused portion once any segment is used.
• Additional Information
  We will not be responsible for damages resulting from the failure to depart or arrive at the times stated. Las Vegas Helicopters reserves the right to combine tours on any flight. All passengers are responsible for full payment of their flight. Las Vegas Helicopters reserves the right for any reason to alter or deviate from the advertised flight. Please note for all tours that prices are in U.S. dollars.
